billing and payments

Payments are accepted in form of cash, check, credit card via Venmo or Zelle apps. All payments are due at the time of service, no exceptions. Gratuity for your service provider is much appreciated but not required.

Cancellations are an understandable part of life. We request that you value our time as much as we value yours. Please contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling. We do not accept credit card deposits or keep this information on file. Our Operations Manager will provide reminder text/calls.

We require a quote in person by a service provider prior to conducting our cleaning. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately to allow quick resolution of the issue.
